RETURNS POLICY

 You may return your items as long as they are returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of the purchase date. There must be no evidence of stains/flaws or odours. Item(s) that are returned damaged will be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Riches London.

You must pay for the return of any item. In the unlikely event that an order is incorrect or faulty please contact us to resolve the issue.

In the event of a return, items must be shipped to us with a service which provides a tracking number as we will not be held liable for delayed or lost items. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the item(s) returned.
